Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and optimize methods and processes within the leather goods tooling department.
  • Ensure the implementation of best practices to enhance production efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of tooling standards.
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for process enhancement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in process coordination or a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
  • Strong understanding of leather goods manufacturing processes.

Excellent organizational and project management skills. Proficiency in data analysis and process optimization techniques. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Experience

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in process coordination or a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is required.
