Join Hermès in Pantin as a Metal Materials Procurement Specialist. This role requires expertise in supply chain management within the luxury fashion industry.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the procurement plan for a portfolio of metal material suppliers for the Leather Goods department.
  • Ensure the reliability of supply chains to meet production site needs.
  • Manage supplier orders in compliance with purchasing frameworks, including multisourcing.
  • Update supplier delivery timelines in the information system.
  • Optimize economic stock levels, including future stock, coverage, and safety stocks.
  • Secure and ensure supplier service levels.
  • Propose and implement improvements in procurement processes.
  • Guarantee system parameter settings within the scope.
  • Contribute to the transformation of management tools, such as Power BI.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience in procurement or planning within an industrial environment.

Skills

Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and Power BI. Strong interest and curiosity in component manufacturing processes and supplier environments. Excellent coordination and communication skills. Adaptability to dynamic and changing environments.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years in procurement or planning within an industrial setting, either centrally or at a production site.

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field with a specialization in logistics, preferably focused on planning and procurement.
