Role & Responsibilities

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks. Customer service orientation with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Experience

No prior professional experience required, but any experience in customer service or administrative roles is advantageous.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in a related field.
