Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the invoice processing cycle for Hermès Homme division.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports related to invoice management.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial controls and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in invoice management or financial control.

Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in financial control or invoice management is required.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
