Join Hermès in Paris as an Invoice Controller Apprentice. This role offers the opportunity to work within the financial department of a prestigious luxury brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in reconciling invoices with receipts of finished products, prototypes, or materials.
  • Aid in managing disputes related to invoices.
  • Participate in regular follow-ups with suppliers regarding payment status.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the invoice control process.

Qualifications

  • BTS in Accounting or Management, with a strong grasp of accounting principles.

Skills

Proficiency in accounting mechanisms. Interest in the jewelry industry. Proficient in using computer tools. Attention to detail, methodical and organized. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Team-oriented mindset.

Experience

No prior experience required, but familiarity with accounting practices is beneficial.

Education

BTS in Accounting or Management.
