Join Hermès in Paris as an Internal Control Assistant Intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to engage with risk management and internal control within a prestigious luxury brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in the planning and execution of internal control activities.
  • Develop and continuously improve communications for financial directors and internal controllers, utilizing various media including a quarterly newsletter and videos.
  • Prepare for internal control meetings and seminars.
  • Facilitate an information-sharing platform and best practices database.
  • Update procedures in collaboration with various experts within the Group.
  • Prepare, administer, and synthesize internal control self-assessment questionnaires.
  • Monitor and communicate incidents reported by different Group entities.
  • Conduct cross-functional risk analyses for central management.
  • Assist in preparing for audit missions.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering program, or university (or equivalent).
  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous internship experience in audit is advantageous.

Experience

Previous internship experience in audit is considered a plus.
