Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the management and enforcement of the brand's intellectual property rights.
  • Support the legal team in anti-counterfeiting initiatives and strategies.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on intellectual property and anti-counterfeiting laws.
  • Prepare legal documents and correspondence related to intellectual property matters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand protection and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a degree in Law with a focus on Intellectual Property.
  • Strong understanding of intellectual property laws and anti-counterfeiting measures.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.

Skills

Proficiency in legal research and writing. Strong organizational and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Experience

No prior professional experience required, but relevant coursework or internships in intellectual property law are advantageous.

Education

Currently enrolled in a Law degree program, specializing in Intellectual Property.
