Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee import and export flows, ensuring accurate billing of shipments.
  • Develop export documents in compliance with regulatory and customs requirements.
  • Ensure daily departures to clients within the designated geographical area, considering time constraints, administrative requirements, and customs regulations.
  • Handle return flows from subsidiaries according to established procedures.
  • Monitor shipments, record and verify customs documents.
  • Update procedures in line with regulatory changes.
  • Prepare activity reports to document operations and service performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or International Trade.
  • Previous experience in a similar internship, with knowledge of international trade rules (Incoterms).

Skills

Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage crises. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service orientation and effective communication in both verbal and written forms. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Fluency in English.

Experience

Previous internship experience in a similar role is preferred.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or International Trade.
