Join Hermès Bijouterie in Pantin as a High Jewelry Design Specialist. Lead the creation of exquisite jewelry pieces for a globally renowned luxury brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of high jewelry pieces from concept to final product.
  • Collaborate with artisans and craftsmen to ensure the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
  • Research and integrate innovative techniques and materials into jewelry designs.
  • Coordinate with the production team to oversee the prototyping process.
  • Ensure alignment with Hermès' brand identity and aesthetic values in all designs.
  • Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders for approval and feedback.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in high jewelry design and development.
  • Strong understanding of luxury market trends and consumer preferences.
  • Ability to translate creative concepts into tangible designs.

Skills

Exceptional design and artistic skills. Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools. Strong communication and presentation abilities. Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in high jewelry design, preferably within a luxury fashion house.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Jewelry Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

This position is based in Pantin, Île-de-France, France, within easy reach of Paris.
