Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in organizing events to promote the diversity of Hermès' métiers.
  • Support the development of communication tools such as films, photography, and career site content.
  • Aid in school relations by creating presentation materials, coordinating schedules, and participating in forums.
  • Contribute to department projects, including community engagement, article writing, media and HR market monitoring, and presentation creation.
  • Participate in a variety of tasks providing a comprehensive view of Hermès' employer branding strategy.

Qualifications

  • Creative, enthusiastic, and proactive in attracting talent to Hermès.
  • Strong communication skills, curiosity, and organizational acumen.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Background in HR and/or communication with proficiency in English.

Experience

No prior experience required, but a background in HR or communication is preferred.
