Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process optimization initiatives.

  • Facilitate training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in process improvement or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Capability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in process improvement or a related field is required.
