Join Hermès in Paris as an Assistant Component Development in the footwear division. This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in luxury fashion.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of components for the footwear collections.
  • Collaborate with industrial partners and the Hermès Atelier HCI for production.
  • Support the integration of collections into the global retail network and e-commerce platforms.
  • Work closely with teams in Creation, Collection, Development, Quality, Supply Chain, and other departments.
  • Contribute to the growth and innovation of the footwear métier.

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in a relevant educational program.
  • Interest in luxury fashion and component development.

Skills

Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Proficiency in relevant software and tools for development.

Experience

No prior experience required, though familiarity with luxury fashion or component development is advantageous.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in a related field.
