Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the art buying strategy for the brand, ensuring alignment with creative vision and brand identity.
- Manage relationships with external artists, agencies, and vendors to secure the highest quality of work.
- Oversee the negotiation of contracts and agreements with artists and agencies.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to integrate art buying into broader campaign strategies.
- Monitor market trends to identify emerging artists and innovative art forms that align with the brand's aesthetic.
- Ensure budget adherence and optimize cost efficiencies in art buying processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in art buying or a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
- Strong network of contacts within the art and fashion communities.
- Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 7 years of experience in art buying or a related field within the luxury fashion industry.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Art, Fashion, Business, or a related field.
