Role & Responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs and expectations within the context of after-sales services.
  • Evaluate and validate appropriate treatment for defective items, repairs, and restorations.
  • Analyze repairability and coordinate with repair workshops.
  • Ensure compliance and quality control of completed repairs.
  • Provide repair quotes and timelines, and communicate any delays.
  • Facilitate technical communication between stores and final customers.
  • Justify non-defective product claims with reasoned explanations.
  • Advise on after-sales commercial policies to stores, suppliers, and internal services.
  • Monitor product quality and alert relevant product range referents.
  • Consult suppliers for technical decisions when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Higher education degree required.
  • Strong product sensitivity and customer service orientation.
  • Meticulous and organized.
  • Dynamic, proactive, and solution-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Strong team spirit.
  • Fluent in English.
