Role & Responsibilities
- Assist sales teams in enhancing store revenue while maintaining brand image and service quality.
- Greet and inform customers, directing them to sales advisors.
- Present and propose various services offered by the brand to clients.
- Ensure product displays align with merchandising policies.
- Participate in customer loyalty programs.
- Prepare gift packages and product personalizations for clients.
- Prepare customer orders.
Qualifications
- Training in cosmetics and perfumery (BTS in aesthetics-cosmetics) and/or experience in luxury product sales.
- Interest in luxury perfumes and cosmetics.
- Proficiency in French is mandatory.
Skills
Experience
Beginner level experience in luxury product sales or relevant training.
Education
Training in cosmetics and perfumery (BTS in aesthetics-cosmetics) preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Toulouse, Occitania, France.
