Join Guerlain in Brussels as a Retail and Commercial Assistant Intern. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work in the luxury perfumes and cosmetics industry within the LVMH group.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the commercial team with day-to-day operations.
  • Analyze retail performance through quantitative and qualitative reporting and KPI monitoring.
  • Collaborate with external agencies for store presence management, including planning updates, KPI follow-up, and training organization.
  • Monitor agency budgets, invoicing, and commercial team expenses under the supervision of the Sales & Retail Project Manager.
  • Update operational reports and presentations, including Sales Team Reports and commercial meeting preparations.
  • Coordinate events such as commercial meetings and private sales.
  • Create a weekly newsletter for all departments.
  • Follow up on sales performance and animations at key locations such as Galeries Lafayette Luxembourg and Inno counters.
  • Update sell-out results using Power BI.
  • Assist in assortment management, including new product introductions and delisted items.
  • Support distribution strategies and product catalogue differentiation.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in French and English.

Skills

Excellent presentation and communication skills. High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Strong organizational skills and time management with a sense of priorities. Enthusiastic, proactive, and hands-on mentality. Autonomous, fast learner, and capable of multitasking. Team spirit.

Experience

Beginner level experience is required, suitable for an entry-level candidate.

The role is situated in Brussels, Brussels-Capital Region, Belgium.

Compensation

6-months paid internship.
