Join Guerlain in New York as a Marketing Manager, Skincare & Spa. Lead innovative marketing strategies for a prestigious luxury brand within LVMH.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive 360° marketing campaigns for key skincare and spa products.
  • Lead the creation of annual product and campaign calendars, considering retailer-specific needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HQ Marketing, Creative, Communications, and Sales Operations.
  • Prepare and deliver marketing presentations for retailer meetings, ensuring alignment with product strategy.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay informed of industry trends and performance.
  • Implement U.S. marketing strategies for the skincare category, focusing on growth and market share.
  • Execute launch programs for skincare products, adapting them for the U.S. market.
  • Monitor retail sales and product performance to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and manage skincare forecasting strategies and collaborate with Sales Administration for accurate projections.
  • Work with HQ and local teams to enhance the U.S. spa network and develop annual spa marketing programs.
  • Manage retailer relationships and customize marketing strategies to maximize sales and brand visibility.
  • Oversee brand sampling and clienteling efforts to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the prestige beauty or skincare industry.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in a marketing role, ideally within the luxury beauty or skincare sector.

Compensation

Salary range of $90,000 - $110,000, with flexibility based on expertise and performance.
