Role & Responsibilities

  • Review and draft commercial contracts, including distribution and purchasing agreements.
  • Prepare legal notes, training materials, and presentations on current legal topics.
  • Manage and develop legal technologies such as contract tech, intranet, and document databases.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Master 2) in Commercial Law.
  • Strong interest in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) within a legal department.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to draft notes and contracts in English.

Skills

Proactive and pragmatic approach with attention to detail. Strong teamwork capabilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Experience

Open to beginners, ideally suited for students in their final year of a Master's program.

Education

Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Master 2) in Commercial Law.
