Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the review and drafting of commercial contracts, including distribution and procurement agreements.
  • Prepare legal notes, training materials, and presentations on various current legal topics.
  • Manage and develop legal technologies such as contract management systems, intranet platforms, and document databases.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's program (Master 2) in Commercial Law.
  • Strong interest in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) within a legal department.

Skills

Fluency in English, with strong written skills for drafting notes and contracts. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Demonstrated reactivity, pragmatism, and rigor.

Experience

Beginner level experience is acceptable.

Education

Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Master 2) in Commercial Law.
