Join Guerlain in Paris for a Human Resources Internship starting January 2026. Gain experience in recruitment and HR projects at a leading luxury brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the entire recruitment process for the French market teams, both at headquarters and in the field.
  • Support employee integration and monitor probationary periods, including handling disciplinary matters.
  • Aid managers in implementing HR projects and processes.
  • Contribute to updating and tracking HR dashboards, including recruitment metrics.
  • Participate in various HR projects, such as Quality of Work Life (QWL) and onboarding initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field (Bac +4/5).

Skills

Strong organizational and analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

Experience

No prior experience required; open to beginners.

Education

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
