Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the productivity of Beauty Ambassadors and Experts, aligning with Guerlain Academy guidelines.
  • Establish an annual training calendar in coordination with marketing and HQ guidelines.
  • Facilitate Guerlain Academy modules and brand workshops for MBC retailers.
  • Conduct interactive training sessions using diverse methodologies, including in-person workshops and online webinars.
  • Design and develop engaging training materials covering fragrance families, sales strategies, and brand storytelling.
  • Assess training needs regularly and tailor programs to address skill gaps.
  • Conduct strategic counter visits for on-the-job training and guide counter managers.
  • Support event execution through coaching and development of tools and resources.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, and Sales teams to align training with brand strategy.
  • Oversee fragrance training programs and manage budget effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in training and development within the fragrance or cosmetics industry.
  • Proficiency in Japanese (Business – Native) and English (Intermediate – Business).

Skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proven customer service expertise. Strategic thinking and planning capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably within the fragrance or cosmetics industry.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Education, Business, Marketing).
