Join Guerlain in Paris as an E-Commerce Logistics Operations Intern. Gain experience in a leading luxury brand's supply chain and e-commerce logistics.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor the execution of logistics functions for Guerlain's 19 e-commerce sites.
  • Oversee order flows, including product management, stock, personalization, packaging, deliveries, and customer service, to ensure agility and responsiveness.
  • Identify, analyze, and rectify operational issues using customer service-driven indicators to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in transformation projects within e-commerce supply warehouses.
  • Contribute to the optimization and modernization of logistics processes.
  • Track key e-commerce KPIs to manage channel performance.
  • Collaborate with various teams such as Supply Chain & Logistics, Factories, Customer Service, Digital, Commerce, Shared Service Center WW, IT P&C, and Procurement & Development to ensure operational excellence.
  • Engage in cross-functional transformation projects within the Guerlain Supply Chain.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bac+4/Bac+5 level education in engineering or business school with a focus on Supply Chain.

Skills

Proficiency in Excel and Power BI. Familiarity with information systems. Business orientation and strong analytical skills. Proficiency in SQL and/or Power Platform is a plus. Proactive, rigorous, dynamic, with excellent interpersonal skills.

Experience

Beginner level experience in Supply Chain or related fields.

Education

Currently pursuing a Bac+4/Bac+5 level education in engineering or business school.
