Join Guerlain in Paris as an E-commerce & E-Retail Intern. Gain hands-on experience in the luxury industry with a focus on digital transformation and e-business projects.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyze key performance indicators of Guerlain.com websites through monthly and weekly reports to develop action and acceleration plans with various countries.
  • Support the team in defining gifting and sampling strategies, providing back-office input.
  • Ensure proper execution of e-merchandising and report any improvements or bugs to the headquarters team.
  • Assist local markets in their traffic acquisition and conversion strategies, including influence and CRM.
  • Support the team in sales forecasting and inventory management.
  • Aid local markets in their e-distribution strategy and conduct regular audits of e-doors to elevate the brand.
  • Lead sell-out acceleration projects in collaboration with marketing and sales teams, including ratings and reviews campaigns, retail media, and specific activations.
  • Support local deployment of 2025 online animation plans, including validation of campaign assets.
  • Conduct comprehensive competitive analysis to identify opportunities and share best practices.

Qualifications

  • Master's level 1 or 2 from a business school or university.
  • Fluency in English.

Skills

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent interpersonal skills. Rigor, autonomy, and responsiveness.

Experience

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Education

Master's level 1 or 2 from a business school or university.
