Role & Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the adoption of dashboards and analytical tools within the CRM BI framework at headquarters and across markets.
  • Manage the BI backlog, including evolution, prioritization, and user feedback.
  • Identify actionable insights to optimize activation strategies through ad-hoc analyses such as customer profiling, purchasing behavior, and CRM campaign performance.
  • Contribute to the quality, reliability, and enrichment of CRM data.
  • Participate in the design and deployment of training plans to enhance data tool adoption.
  • Prepare and conduct workshops with business teams to understand their needs, identify operational challenges, and discover business opportunities.
  • Coordinate communication between business teams, Data Engineering, and Data Science.

Qualifications

  • Final-year student in business school, engineering, or university with a specialization in data or analytical marketing.
  • First experience of 6 months as a Data Analyst.
  • Proficient in a data visualization tool (PowerBI, Tableau).
  • Strong command of English.
  • Demonstrates analytical thinking, effective communication, and strong writing and synthesis skills.
  • Teamwork skills and comfort in communicating with stakeholders from various disciplines.
  • Curiosity, rigor, business acumen, and a desire to learn.
  • Proficiency in a programming language and Dataiku is appreciated.

Experience

Entry-level experience with a minimum of 6 months as a Data Analyst.

Education
