Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert beauty consultations with a focus on customer satisfaction and product sales.
- Enhance the visibility and appeal of the Benefit product range at the counter.
- Offer personalized eyebrow, lash, and makeup services with a keen sense of aesthetics.
- Manage appointments, inventory orders, and communicate key sales and product information.
- Collaborate with retail partners and engage in creative counter design and merchandising.
Qualifications
- Passion for makeup and beauty.
- Experience as a makeup artist, hairstylist, or similar background is ideal, but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in German, with additional language skills, preferably English, being advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

Compensation
A minimum gross salary of €2,195 to €2,275 per month for 38.5 hours per week, with potential for higher pay based on qualifications.
