Join Guerlain in Valencia as a Beauty Consultant. This full-time, temporary position offers the chance to represent a luxury brand, achieve sales targets, and provide exceptional customer service. Ideal for those with 3+ years in retail or service industries.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador, embodying the values and image of Guerlain.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Enhance brand awareness and foster consumer loyalty.
- Identify and address customer needs with tailored product solutions.
- Monitor competitive activities and market trends.
- Maintain and follow up on Key Performance Indicators at the point of sale.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with customers and retail partners.
- Meet retail sales objectives on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Participate in merchandising and inventory management in line with corporate standards.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate issues to the Area Manager.
- Execute operational and administrative tasks, including reporting and order processing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or service industry, preferably in luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.
- Valid driver's license.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or service industries, ideally within luxury, beauty, or fashion environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty.
