Join LVMH Beauty Iberia in Madrid as a Beauty Consultant. Represent the Guerlain brand, achieve sales targets, and provide exceptional customer service in the luxury beauty sector.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets while promoting the Guerlain brand image and providing exceptional customer service.
- Initiate and cultivate relationships with customers, understanding and addressing their needs.
- Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers to customers.
- Develop long-lasting relationships with customers through loyalty programs and sampling initiatives.
- Ensure retail sales targets are met on a monthly basis.
- Participate in merchandising maintenance and inventory management in accordance with corporate guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Supervisor to ensure product availability.
- Conduct assigned operational and administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent education.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in the retail or service industry, ideally within the luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.
Education
High school graduate or equivalent.
Workplace
