Join Guerlain in Madrid as a Beauty Consultant. Represent the brand in a full-time, temporary role, fostering customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Sell Guerlain products and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Initiate contact and cultivate relationships with customers.
- Identify and understand customer needs, offering personalized product recommendations.
- Develop lasting relationships with customers through loyalty programs and sampling.
- Achieve monthly retail sales targets.
- Participate in merchandising maintenance and inventory management according to corporate guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Supervisor.
- Conduct operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent.
Skills
Experience
1 - 2 years of professional experience in retail or service industry, ideally within the luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.
Education
High school graduate or equivalent.
Workplace
