Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by creating a warm and trusting environment, embodying the 'Guerlain promise'.
  • Develop personalized customer experiences through active listening and tailored consultations in makeup, skincare, and perfume.
  • Cultivate a regular clientele and expand local and international customer bases using available tools and strategies.
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction surveys and propose actionable improvements.
  • Implement the Guerlain selling method to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
  • Embody Guerlain's values and foster team spirit through active participation in briefings and team activities.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the counter by adhering to Retail Excellence standards and sales procedures.
  • Maintain professional grooming standards, including uniform, makeup, and personal presentation.

Skills

Innate sense of customer service and excellent interpersonal skills. Result-oriented with a strong sense of service in a luxury environment. Ability to listen and provide expert advice. Proficiency in business management applications. Dynamic, empathetic, and exemplary in attitude and presentation. Strong team spirit and respect for confidentiality.

Experience

Beginner level experience in customer service or sales, preferably within a luxury environment.
