Role & Responsibilities
- Sell Guerlain products and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Initiate contact and build relationships with customers.
- Identify, understand, and address customer needs.
- Propose and demonstrate personalized product offerings.
- Develop long-lasting personal relationships with clients through loyalty programs and sampling.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Participate in maintaining merchandising and inventory according to company guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate issues to the supervisor to ensure adequate product availability.
- Perform all assigned operational and administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the beauty retail sector, preferably within the luxury segment.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3 years in the beauty retail sector, ideally within the luxury industry.
Education
Diploma in Aesthetics or Makeup.
