Join Guerlain in Paris as an Apprentice Buyer and Developer. Engage in global retail negotiations, project management, and eco-design in a dynamic luxury environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and develop point-of-sale display references for the global retail network.
  • Procure in alignment with Guerlain's purchasing policy and LVMH group strategy, ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and timeline standards.
  • Conduct feasibility studies for new projects in collaboration with merchandising and suppliers.
  • Propose technical solutions with a focus on value analysis and eco-design to optimize launch campaign margins.
  • Execute the entire purchasing process, including needs analysis, project-specific sourcing, tender management, negotiation, contract finalization, and supplier evaluation.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure timely availability of elements.
  • Anticipate risks and manage alerts to guarantee market readiness.
  • Oversee contract execution, ensure adherence to pricing conditions, uphold quality standards, and address disputes.
  • Contribute to budget preparation and ensure adherence.

Qualifications

  • Currently in the final year of a Master's program (business school, engineering school, or university) with a specialization in Purchasing, Development, or Project Management.

Skills

Strong analytical and organizational abilities. Meticulous, inquisitive, and committed with excellent interpersonal skills. Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Technical and creative aptitude.

Experience

Entry-level experience is acceptable.

Education

Master's degree in a relevant field.

This position is based in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
