Join Gucci in East Rutherford as a Team Manager, leading a team of Client Advisors to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Part of the Kering Group, Gucci offers a dynamic and inclusive workplace.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors to achieve exceptional performance through a customer-centric approach.
  • Provide real-time coaching and feedback on the selling floor to meet business and product category objectives.
  • Develop and nurture talent within the team, ensuring continuous growth and engagement.
  • Represent the brand as a Gucci Ambassador, promoting Gucci Values and Amplifiers in the marketplace.
  • Oversee store operations as Manager on Duty, providing leadership and guidance to all Client Advisors on shift.
  • Conduct regular performance conversations, discussing results, opportunities, and developing action plans.
  • Drive superior client experiences and build long-lasting relationships with clientele.
  • Utilize clienteling tools to activate, retain, and grow the client base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to adhere to and enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor product performance and propose action plans to reach targets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
  • Strong business acumen and industry awareness.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Skills

Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Ability to inspire and influence a team with an entrepreneurial vision.

Experience

2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
