Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure the achievement of business goals and strategic projects in alignment with corporate functions such as Visual, Merchandising, and Operations.
  • Establish and implement action plans to enhance sales across product categories and client segments.
  • Cultivate a client-centric culture to maximize existing customer relationships and expand the client base.
  • Ensure seamless integration and optimization between front and back-of-house operations, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Monitor store visits and mystery shopping to enhance service quality.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team by engaging, inspiring, and developing personnel.
  • Collaborate with HR to reduce staff turnover, promote internal mobility, optimize personnel costs, and develop key talents.
