Join Gucci in Bellevue, Washington, as a Senior Operations Controller. Oversee inventory management and support exceptional client service in a luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the efficient operation of the stockroom to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
- Ensure timely merchandise movement, adhering to procedures for transfers, RTVs, and damages.
- Maintain an organized store inventory through cycle counts and scheduled inventories.
- Support the selling process to ensure exceptional client experiences.
- Print and ticket merchandise, manage returns, and process price adjustments.
- Handle repairs and damages in accordance with company guidelines.
- Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique as needed.
- Pack, handle, and store merchandise following Gucci standards.
- Participate in store initiatives and projects as required.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.
- Supervisory experience is advantageous.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2-3 years in retail, with a preference for luxury or contemporary experience. Supervisory experience is a plus.

This position is based in Bellevue, Washington, USA, within easy reach of Seattle.
Compensation
The estimated base salary ranges from $24.30 to $27.00 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, skills, and geographic location.
