Join Gucci at CDG Airport as a Sales Associate. Located in Tremblay-En-France, France, this role involves delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets in a luxury retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Gucci's history and heritage.
  • Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge.
  • Ensure the sales floor and boutique adhere to Gucci's visual presentation standards.
  • Present products compellingly to engage customers through storytelling.
  • Maintain adequate and appropriate stock levels on the sales floor.
  • Provide exceptional customer service in alignment with Gucci's guidelines, offering personalized advice based on customer needs.
  • Facilitate communication between team members and clientele.
  • Achieve or exceed individual and departmental sales targets.
  • Meet KPI objectives.
  • Participate in alteration services including measurements, adjustments, and managing client reservations, orders, and item reception.
  • Assist with stock replenishment, labeling, and organization.
  • Possess thorough knowledge and management of inventory.
  • Perform cash transactions and manage the cash register.
  • Apply CRM procedures to expand the boutique's client database.
  • Adhere to boutique security protocols to prevent theft and loss.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail sales.
  • Strong understanding of Gucci's brand and heritage.

Skills

Exceptional customer service skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong organizational skills. Proficiency in inventory management. Ability to meet sales targets and KPIs. Competence in cash handling and CRM systems.

Experience

Previous experience in luxury retail sales is required.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.
