Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee efficient stockroom operations and ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
  • Ensure timely merchandise movement, adhering to procedures for transfers, RTVs, and damages.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues promptly in collaboration with management.
  • Maintain clear and accurate operational documentation for reference.
  • Submit 8300 and tax-exempt forms as received.
  • Process repairs and damages in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
  • Order necessary supplies for the office and store.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
  • Oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with management support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Proper work authorization to work in Canada.

Skills

Experience with retail systems and shipping software. Ability to meet physical requirements, including climbing ladders and lifting boxes. Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

Minimum of 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
