Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee efficient stockroom operations and ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Support management in troubleshooting operational, service, facilities, and compliance issues.
  • Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
  • Ensure timely merchandise movement in accordance with procedures and guidelines, including transfers, RTVs, and damages.
  • Maintain clear and accurate operations documents and procedures for reference.
  • Submit all 8300 and tax-exempt forms as received.
  • Communicate discrepancies and issues to management promptly.
  • Process repairs and damages according to company guidelines.
  • Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
  • Order necessary supplies for the office and store.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
  • Oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with support from the Store Director or Operations Manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Ability to meet physical requirements, including climbing ladders and lifting boxes.

Skills

Proficiency in using internal retail systems and shipping software programs. Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Flexibility to work retail schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

A minimum of one year of administrative or stock experience, ideally within a luxury retail environment.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
