Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a Gucci Ambassador by welcoming clients and directing them to available Client Advisors.
  • Support the sales team to ensure an exceptional client experience.
  • Assist in preparing for VIG client appointments, handling consignments, and closing transactions.
  • Provide dressing room support to Client Advisors and clients.
  • Answer, direct, and transfer calls with professionalism.
  • Facilitate the packing and payment process and manage store transfer requests.
  • Accurately capture client data to close transactions and follow up on missing information.
  • Assist sales staff in retrieving styles and sizes from stock.
  • Support store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation processes.
  • Escalate return and exchange paperwork to management for receipt signatures.
  • Maintain knowledge of Gucci products and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service.
  • Experience with POS systems is advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.

Skills

Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook. Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years in luxury retail, hospitality, or a customer service-related industry is required.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
