Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and ensure the efficiency of stockroom operations and inventory accuracy.
  • Support management in daily operations, addressing operational, service, facilities, and compliance issues.
  • Execute shipping and receiving processes, reporting and resolving any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
  • Ensure timely merchandise movement, adhering to procedures for transfers, RTVs, and damages.
  • Maintain clear and accurate operational documents and procedures.
  • Submit 8300 and tax-exempt forms as received.
  • Communicate discrepancies and issues to management promptly.
  • Process repairs and damages in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Assist with the physical maintenance of the boutique.
  • Order necessary supplies for the office and store.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and security guidelines.
  • Maintain an accurate and organized store inventory.
  • Oversee store cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliation with management support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 1 year of administrative or stock experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Work authorization in the United States.

Skills

Proficiency with internal retail systems and shipping software. Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook. Excellent communication skills. Ability to meet physical requirements, including climbing ladders and lifting boxes. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

Candidates should possess at least one year of administrative or stock experience, ideally within a luxury retail environment.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
