Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance client engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Convey the brand's image and identity across all communication channels.
  • Propose and present brand products in a creative and innovative manner.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing clients and engage new clientele.
  • Analyze client preferences to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in CRM and client engagement within the luxury fashion industry.
  • Strong understanding of brand image and identity communication.
  • Ability to propose innovative product presentations.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis. Strong organizational and project management skills.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM and client engagement roles within the luxury fashion sector.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
