Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the Gucci brand to clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Guide clients through the buying journey, providing expert advice on styles, product characteristics, and trends.
- Present the collection in accordance with brand standards, maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Support store management with various retail activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends and product knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
