Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales targets to enhance business growth.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge, including Gucci's history and heritage.
  • Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring superior customer service and sales quality.
  • Capture and utilize meaningful customer data to build relationships and personalize future client interactions.
  • Maintain an organized client book, regularly contacting clients and providing follow-up on sales or client requests.
  • Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience, contributing to a positive work environment.
  • Uphold security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
  • Contribute to maintaining visual display standards in accordance with Gucci's guidelines.
  • Ensure a neat and organized stock room and understock area.
  • Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience or a similar customer service role.
  • Proven ability to exceed individual and store sales results and build lasting client relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Team-focused with a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different customer needs.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years in luxury fashion sales or a customer service role within a similar environment.

Education
