Join Gucci in Napoli as a Client Advisor. This role offers the opportunity to engage with luxury fashion clients and contribute to Gucci's esteemed brand presence. Located in Italy, part of the Kering Group.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exemplary customer service in alignment with Gucci's selling ceremony.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Gucci's products, history, and heritage.
  • Facilitate cross-selling and up-selling across all product categories.
  • Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships, accommodating diverse nationalities and personalities.
  • Monitor and update customer information using CRM tools to retain and identify high-potential clients.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets, contributing to business growth.
  • Promote open communication and collaboration with team members.
  • Assist in managing product visual displays according to Gucci standards.
  • Ensure store maintenance and optimal product levels on the sales floor.
  • Oversee product replenishment and inventory management.
  • Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role within the fashion retail industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving individual and store sales results.
  • Passion for fashion and luxury goods.
  • Strong commercial awareness and customer-focused attitude.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to diverse customer needs.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Effective communication skills.

Skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. In-depth knowledge of luxury products. Fluency in Italian and English.

Experience

Previous experience in a comparable position within the fashion retail sector is required.
