Join Gucci in Kastrup, Denmark as a Client Advisor. This role involves delivering personalized luxury experiences and maximizing sales opportunities in a dynamic environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and team sales and customer targets, utilizing data and systems to enhance performance and identify sales opportunities.
  • Employ cross-selling and upselling techniques to optimize sales potential.
  • Craft an engaging and emotional client experience, delivering exemplary service and adhering to hospitality guidelines.
  • Proactively engage and establish robust relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued upon entering the store.
  • Combine styling expertise with product knowledge to best serve clients.
  • Develop a local and international client base, focusing on recruiting and nurturing top clients.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a high-end luxury or fashion brand or hospitality environment.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and client development.

Skills

Passion for and knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion. Ability to work productively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Fluency in Danish and English; additional languages are advantageous. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.

Experience

Some experience in luxury fashion or hospitality is required.
