Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals on a monthly and seasonal basis.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by surpassing client expectations and demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Drive individual KPI goals through superior customer service and sales quality.
  • Capture and utilize customer data to build relationships and personalize client interactions.
  • Maintain an organized client book and provide regular follow-up with clients.
  • Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
  • Ensure store security standards are upheld for the safety of customers and merchandise.
  • Contribute to the visual display of products in line with Gucci standards.
  • Maintain an organized stock room and adhere to Gucci image standards.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience or in a customer service role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service environment is required.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Workplace

This position is based in Honolulu, Hawaii, USA.

Compensation

The base salary range for this position in Hawaii is estimated between $15.00 USD and $17.00 USD per hour, depending on experience and location.
