Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators by leveraging data and systems to enhance performance and identify sales opportunities.
- Employ cross-selling and upselling techniques to optimize sales potential.
- Craft an engaging and emotional client experience, providing exemplary service in accordance with hospitality guidelines.
- Proactively engage with clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring they feel valued from their first interaction.
- Utilize styling expertise to mix and match products, delivering personalized solutions to clients.
- Expand and cultivate a local and international client base, focusing on recruiting and developing top-tier clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in a high-end luxury or fashion brand, or within the hospitality sector.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
- Passion for and comprehensive knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English, with additional languages considered advantageous.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
Skills
Experience
Some experience in luxury fashion or high-end hospitality is required.
