Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent the Gucci brand to clients, embodying company values and standards.
  • Guide clients through every stage of the buying journey, offering expert advice on styles, product characteristics, and trends.
  • Present the collection in accordance with brand standards, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Support store management through various retail activities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of fashion trends and product knowledge.
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage. Strong sales acumen and ability to meet targets. Attention to detail and high level of organization.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is required.

The role is situated in Daegu, Daegu, South Korea — conveniently close to Seoul.
