Join Gucci in Daegu as a Client Advisor. Represent the brand, guide clients, and achieve sales targets in a luxury retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent the Gucci brand to clients, ensuring a premium shopping experience.
  • Guide clients through every stage of the buying journey, offering expert advice on styles, product characteristics, and trends.
  • Support store management in achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Present the collection in accordance with brand standards, maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
  • Act as the visible face of the brand, embodying company values and ethos.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of fashion trends and luxury market dynamics.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Korean and proficiency in English.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a related field.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field preferred.

Workplace

The role is situated in Daegu, Daegu, South Korea.
