Role & Responsibilities
- Advise customers throughout their buying journey, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
- Present the collection in alignment with brand standards, showcasing product characteristics and trends.
- Act as the visible face of the brand, embodying company values and enhancing brand image.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and fostering customer satisfaction.
- Support store management activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role within the luxury retail sector.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends and product knowledge.
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-focused environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
