Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of Gucci's history and heritage.
  • Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge.
  • Ensure the sales floor and boutique adhere to Gucci's visual presentation standards.
  • Present products effectively to engage and persuade clients through storytelling.
  • Maintain appropriate stock levels on the sales floor.
  • Provide exceptional customer service in line with Gucci's guidelines, offering personalized advice.
  • Facilitate communication between team members and clients.
  • Achieve or exceed individual and departmental sales targets.
  • Meet KPI objectives.
  • Participate in alteration services, including measurements and client reservations.
  • Assist with stock replenishment, labeling, and organization.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge and management of inventory.
  • Handle transactions and manage the cash register.
  • Apply CRM procedures to expand the boutique's client database.
  • Adhere to boutique security directives to prevent theft and loss.

Qualifications

  • Professional Baccalaureate
  • BTS or DUT
  • Experience in sales
  • Experience in luxury retail

Skills

Ambassador of the brand and its values Product knowledge and sales techniques Passion for fashion and luxury Fluency in French and English; a third language is appreciated Excellent presentation and communication skills Service-oriented with persuasive abilities Understanding of luxury codes Teamwork capabilities

Experience

Previous experience in sales and luxury retail is required.
